The Restorative Mindset
Meet Andrew
Andrew Bennett has been guiding leaders to grow in new and profound ways for over 30 years.
As a keynote speaker, leadership consultant, and trainer, he has worked with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower their leaders and create cultures where everyone thrives.
Andrew’s greatest passion is helping individual leaders ignite the change they long to see in themselves and their workplaces.
Now, for the first time, he’s creating a leadership program for individuals who want to do the deep work of revitalizing their lives and leadership from the inside out.

“I am a firm believer that you can learn from others and benefit from their learned experience. Whatever will make me a better leader is of great value. Learning from my peers and knowing what they did in "situations" will help me to serve my people better.”

“Networking with others is always such a great opportunity. You get to share thoughts and ideas in a safe space and have that new ‘network’ that you can reach out to if needed.”

“The interactions with the other participants was great. Being able to talk through sections together really helped me to get new ideas, but also by talking through my own situations, it allowed me to realize things I needed to let go of and things that I should focus on with renewed energy.”
